Dr Diana Folmsbee started her science education at the University of Southern California where she completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry as a Renaissance Scholar. While health sciences was always her professional interest, drawing and painting were her hobbies and she found herself drawn to dentistry because it encompassed medicine and art. Upon graduation from USC she moved to the east coast to attend University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. To enhance her dental school education she completed Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery externships at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center in NY, and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. After graduation from dental school Dr. Folmsbee completed General Practice Residency at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Dr. Folmsbee served as a faculty at AT Still University School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, AZ, clinical faculty at Special Care Dentistry clinic at ATSU – ASDOH in Mesa, AZ, and an Assistant Professor at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ.
Dr. Folmsbee’s hobbies include drawing, painting, baking, and traveling with her husband.
