Alejandra is the Regional Manager for the Northern Region. Alejandra started working for Dr. Zak Dental Care since July 2016. During her time at Dr. Zak Dental Care, she has been a Field Trainer and Office Manager. She managed the Agoura Hills office for about 4 months. While managing the Agoura Hills office she successfully piloted local marketing for the company. After successfully managing Agoura Hills, she was offer to manage Simi Valley. She grew Simi Valley by hitting $200K+ in collections within the first year.

Alejandra now manages the Northern Region. She ensure that day to operations run smoothly and effectively. She ensures that her staff follows protocols and trains all employees in line with the company’s core values.
Alejandra joined the dental field 12 years ago while attending college for child development. It was then when she realized her love and passion for the dental field. Helping others and achieving their perfect smiles is what makes her happy.
