Suelem Guerrero is the Director of Patient Experience at Zak Dental Care. She ensures the office’s operations run smoothly and in line with the Company’s core values and patient wellness. Suelem Guerrero currently focuses on compliance in protocols throughout the company to ensure the best patient experience. She currently also manages the call center team for Zak Dental and works constantly on optimizing that team so that patients can be helped. She graduated from the University of California- San Diego with a degree in Communications.
Before joining the Zak Dental team, she was an office manager for other major corporations and had experience running denovo offices as well as growing well established offices by an increase of 30% in profit.
