Sonya (Sophia) Zak joined the Zak Dental team in 2010 following her graduation from Stanford Graduate School of Business with a PhD in Management Sciences. She also received a dual BA/BS degree from UC Berkeley in Business Administration and Psychology in 2004. She currently oversees all non clinical operational support functions of Zak Dental including Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Journey, Marketing & Team Building and Business Intelligence. She is passionate about utilizing her deep understanding of culture and social behavior. in optimizing our Patients’ Wellness³² Journey and organically developing and nurturing our Zak Dental.
